Divine + Feminine ("D+F", "we", "us") operates this site to sell limited, small-batch clothing drops designed in Accra, Ghana. By browsing this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
products & limited drops
Every drop is produced in a fixed, stated quantity. Sizes and stock are shown in real time on the product page — once a size shows sold out, it will not be restocked for that drop. We reserve the right to limit quantities per order.
orders & payment
Placing an order reserves your items from that drop's limited stock. Payment is processed securely online at checkout. An order is confirmed once payment is successful.
pricing
Prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and may change between drops without notice. We make reasonable efforts to keep pricing and stock information accurate, but errors can happen — if a listed price is clearly incorrect, we'll contact you before fulfilling the order.
intellectual property
All designs, photography, copy, and branding on this site belong to Divine + Feminine unless otherwise credited. Nothing here may be reproduced commercially without written permission.
limitation of liability
D+F is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site or delayed/lost deliveries once handed to a shipping carrier, beyond the value of the order itself.
governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana.
